1. Nuts. The only way I can get through a Whole30 successfully is with the blessing of nuts. They can be pricey, but thankfully you can find a wide range of compliant nuts at ALDI for a steal. My favorites are the salted pistachios and oven roasted almonds. ALDI is one of the cheapest places to get them and I’m pretty sure you won’t survive Whole30 without it, so go for it!
