It’s no secret that I love ALDI. In fact, it’s pretty much an obsession. I get a little depressed if I have to run into a conventional grocery store and it’s time to pay. When I did my first round of Whole30 a few years ago, I was nervous that it would be super expensive. It was definitely an investment at the grocery store and I bought lots of specialty items at Whole Foods because I thought that was the only option. Well, now that I’ve done it a few times, I’ve learned which items at ALDI are Whole30 approved and they might surprise you! In fact, ALDI has become so accessible to people with food allergies or on an organic diet, that I actually found more Whole30 compliant options than I ever have before this time around!
