I just discovered the perfect method on how to make rice. I’ve always been terrible at making rice. It should be so simple, right? Every time it’s either soupy, gummy, underdone or sticking to the bottom of the pot. I seriously just couldn’t ever get it right. But, for the past month or so I have been using this method of baking rice and it’s incredible. You will never struggle with how to make rice again!
How To Make Rice
Who knew you could bake rice?? Never ruin a pot again and also free up some space on your stove top! It really is the perfect rice and it comes out fluffy and delicious every time. The key to making it extra delicious is to use jasmine rice and chicken stock. So good.
Begin greasing a 9X13 glass baking dish. Pour 2 cups of rice into the dish.
Bring 4 cups of chicken stock to a boil and pour it over the rice.
Immediately cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes.
When it comes out, you should have perfect and delicious rice. Every time.
This is the perfect accompaniment to so many dishes.
Or add toppings to make a simple rice bowl.
I literally ate a bowl of leftovers plain rice for lunch the other day. Now you will never wonder how to make rice again!

Perfect Baked Rice
(makes 4 cups)
2 Cups Jasmine Rice (or long grain white rice)
4 Cups low sodium chicken stock
Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9X13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Pour 2 cups rice into the pan and spread it out evenly. Boil 4 cups of chicken stock and pour over the rice. Immediately cover the dish with aluminum foil and put in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
