Hello friends! I’m here to share one of my favorite and most loved recipes: cottage cheese pancakes. They sound disgusting, don’t they? I assure you, they are DELICIOUS! I prefer these over regular pancakes any day and my family is equally obsessed with them. This is actually a family recipe from my husband and I was a little hesitant to try them for the first time because they just don’t sound appealing. However, ever since that first bite, I’ve been hooked. We make these all the time on weekends or even for quick weekday dinners when we are out of food. Cottage cheese pancakes are a mix between crepes and pancakes. The cottage cheese melts so you don’t even realize it’s in there. It makes these a bit salty and when combined with syrup and powdered sugar, the combo is perfection.
This recipe couldn’t be easier and we usually double or triple it and usually there are none left. My girls can eat tons of these! Ready for the recipe?
