Lately I’ve been trying to get into the habit of making homemade cleaning products again to save a little money. I realized that the all natural cleaner I was using, probably wasn’t the best choice for our granite countertops. I did a little research and came up with this homemade granite cleaner that is also all natural and super frugal! So far it has worked well for us and saved a bunch because store bought granite cleaner can be quite pricey! All you need are a few ingredients to whip this up. It works on other surfaces besides granite too. I use it on our tile as well to make it sparkle!
Here’s what you will need:
- 1 empty spray bottle
- 1/3 cup rubbing alcohol
- 3-4 drops Dr. Bronner’s Soap
- 10 drops essential oil
- 3 cups water
Mix all of the ingredients together in the spray bottle and you are ready to clean! The measurements are not exact, so add less or more water depending on what size of spray bottle you have. There isn’t an exact science to this homemade granite cleaner!
And that is all you need to make your countertops sparkle with this homemade granite cleaner! If you are curious on how to make some more homemade cleaning products, check out my other popular posts:
