Today’s post is super random, but I thought it would be a fun change! I’m going to share my 5 favorite nail polishes for summer! I’ve been on a nail polish phase lately for some reason and I’ve found that there are certain brands and colors that just don’t do it for me. But, there are some that I’ve loved for summer and are a fun and cheap way to change things up or add a pop of color to your look!
Now, these colors aren’t showing up true to real life in these photos, but you get the general idea. Also, some of them are definitely more “out there” and might be more suited for toes rather than nails!
Revlon China Flower – This polish is a great summer red. Its bright with a hint of orange. It’s also scented! I’m not sure if the scent is necessarily good, but it’s there and you can definitely smell it even a few days later. Weird!
Essie Mint Candy Apple – I love this color for spring and summer! It’s a bit hard to work with since it’s so light, you have to be pretty precise. It does require at least 2-3 coats. But, the color is so cute.
Loreal Tangerine Crush – This color is definitely a lot more orange than it’s showing up in this photo. It’s a medium orange with a hint of pink. The formula of the polish is really nice too, it applies very easily and lasts just as well as the more expensive colors.
Sinful Colors Endless Blue – This bright cobalt blue is definitely the most out there of all the colors. But it’s really fun and surprisingly really high quality nail polish for the price. I believe it was less than $2. Can’t beat that!
Essie Cute as a Button – Cute as a Button is definitely my favorite from the group. It’s a bright coral and is just perfect for summer nails. I also love the name!
Here they are on my nails:
Have you tried any of these colors? Or do you have a favorite go to polish for summer? Please share!
