If you are looking for a personal, yet frugal gift idea...I have found one for ya! This is a great way to package baked goods for coworkers, friends and teachers.
All you will need is some small white ramekins and a metallic sharpie. I found these ramekins at Michaels for $1. This would also work with a white mug from the dollar store with some hot chocolate mix inside!
Get out your sharpie and just start drawing and doodling. I did some simple squares with the gold
And a herringbone-ish pattern with some dots with the silver. You could write a message or note right on the ramekin
The sharpie isn't super permanant...I think you could get it off with a little elbow grease. I actually like this because the person you give it to can wash it and re-use it however they want. But, you could use a paint pen if you wanted it to be more permanant.
Now, fill it up!
Add a little parchment paper and cookies or a mini loaf of bread.

ReplyDeleteI'm amazed, I have to admit. Seldom do I come across a blog that's equally educative and entertaining,
ReplyDeleteand without a doubt, you have hit the nail on
the head. The problem is an issue that too few men and women are speaking intelligently about.
I'm very happy that I found this in my search for something regarding this.
My page: amphora pipe tobacco
